Puzzle Book Formatting Order Form

Before submitting your order it is important that we first check the quality of your puzzle page images, as this will determine the amount of work involved in compiling your book, as well as the quality of the printed book. If you have not already done so therefore, please submit a sample puzzle and solution page to us by following the instructions here.

Once your puzzle images are approved for publication, please complete the order form above being careful to select the size you wish for your book interior, the number of puzzles the book is to contain and whether or not you wish us to design a cover for the book.

If you wish us to create more than one book, please submit a separate order form for each book.

Once payment has been completed you will need to submit details of your book, and upload your puzzle and solution images. Please Click Here therefore to do this. This will open a page in a new window so that you can send us the necessary details after your payment has been completed.
