Downloadable Products

All of the downloadable products sold on this site are clearly described and illustrated and buyers should study each product description carefully before purchasing.

As such products cannot effectively be returned, no refund will be issued for digital downloaded products.

Services

In the case of design services and book formatting services our team will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product.

In cases where this is not possible you may request a full or partial refund within 30 days of the delivery of the finished work.

The issue of a refund will be in good faith and at the discretion of WMC Publishing.
